On our 1997 Buick Park Avenue VIN:1G4CW52K5V4623942

How exactly do I remove, clean or change, the A/C filter mentioned in the owner's manual that is located "near the accelerator pedal" on our Park Avenue?

The air is coming out of the upper windshield vents fine, but doesn't come out of the mid or floor vents. I can hear the air blowing, but it just isn't getting out.

I suspect the filter is plugged up because it has never been changed. I can't recall our Buick dealer mechanics ever saying anything about changing it, even though we have had the car in for A/C work before. Thanks!!!

Since posting I have learned that it is called the "in-cabin" A/C filter.
