High oil pressure
Engine Performance problem
2001 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 78,000 miles
ELECTRONIC GAUGE ALL OF A SUDDEN SHOWS 300 AS OIL PRESSURE (BUT ALSO SAYS"NORMAL"). WITH ENGINE OFF SHOWS 0 (ZERO). I'M GOING TO TRY AN OIL CHANGE WITH NEW FILTER. WHAT OTHER CAUSES WOULD SHOW THIS INCREASE IN GAUGE OIL PRESSURE. P.S. THE CAR'S RUNNING FINE.
