2000 Buick Lesabre Engine misses

Filled almost empty tank at gas station. After starting and moving back into traffic, engine began to miss badly and almost quit. Check engine light came on and began blinking. Fuel conditioner for possible water in gas did nothing.

Have the computer scanned for OBD2 code/s and comeback with it.

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel
