I have cut a hole in the trunk and located the fuel pump. How do you remove the fuel pump from the tank?

If its plastic type you will need a big pair of pliers or a large oil filer remover wrench to turn the ring off.

If its the metal type you will have to use a metal hammer and a brass punch to turn off the old ring.
