Broken Sunroof

My sunroof is stuck in the vent position. I've removed the motor as supposedly that causes the sunroof to move freely but It remains seized. Is there a way to detatch the cable or force the retraction

No the sunroof is broken It happened this winter I've removed the sunroof motor. My sunroof is stuck in the vent position. I've removed the motor as supposedly that causes the sunroof to move freely but It remains seized. Is there a way to detatch the cable or force the retraction
