I just had my brakes replaced a couple months ago, rotors, calipers, pads, and lines. They squealed constantly after so badly that I’ve taken it back four times. First, they put some ceramic friction coating on that didn’t work. Then they warrantied out the pads and rotors and it still squeals. Now is this normal for the brakes to squeal when new? I’ve never had this happen this bad and constant sometimes, they squeal when I’m not even touching the brakes.

No, it is not normal for the brake to squeal, ever. It sounds like they installed the pads incorrectly or they are using cheap parts, I would use AC Delco parts which should fix the problem. Did they do all four brakes or just the front? Here is how to do the job correctly in the images below. I have seen the brake pad anti rattle clip contact the rotor so check that as well, I marked what I was talking about in red. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
