When driving and when pressing the brakes there is a squealing noise

When driving I hear squealing also pressing the brakes I hear squealing also. Do I need brake pads?

Yes, it sounds like you need new brake pads. If you can, take a wheel off, then take the caliper off, and look at the sensors on the pads. If the tips are really clean looking, then they have been touching the rotors, causing that squeak that you hear. This means that it is time to change the pads. You do not have to worry about the rotors though unless you feel deep grooves in them.
