Replaced all brake components front and rear, master cylinder and brake booster on my van listed above e150, but I have a very soft pedal that goes to the floor when engine is running. Also fluid is squirting out of the reservoir when the cap is off. I have bled the system a bunch and at all four wheels its a steady stream of fluid with no air being present. Is this a bad master cylinder?

Good afternoon,

No, this is normal for having the cap off.
