Brakes do not work

I already changed the master cylinder and brake booster and all the four wheel brake shoes and disc.

What do you mean "they don't work"? You step on the pedal and nothing happens? You step on the pedal and only one brake applies?
Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? Have you bled all the corners in the correct rotation? Did you adjust the rear shoes so they just barely rotate free, biggest cause for complaint on a drum brake system of "no pedal" is that the shoes have to travel too far.
