No air blowing from front vents

No cool or hot air comes out of the front vents but air comes out of the rear vent. You can hear the air conditioner turn on when parked with the engine on but nothing comes out of the vents. At high speeds on the freeway you can feel some cool or hot air out of the vents but you must put your hand to the vents. It’s like everything works but its not blowing it out.

I don’t know if there are separate blowers for front and back vents. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate this.
