2000 BMW 530 Repair Question

2000 BMW 530 engine stopped
Engine Mechanical problem
2000 BMW 530 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 530 diesel bmw and i was travelling at 50 miles an hour when my glow plug warning light came on (DDE) and the engine stopped.
It turns over but will not start.
when iturn on the ignition the DDE light stay on .

I can't believe you have one of these "Diesel" BMW's I'm going to have to do a little bit more study on the glow plug system on this particular vehicle, tell me if you got it fixed by now sorry for the late response I just found you.
