1995 BMW 325 Will not go into gear
Transmission problem
1995 BMW 325 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 175000 miles
My car will not go into any gear. I let out the clutch and nothing happens, car does not even stall. The clutch is springer than before this happened. The car made and makes no noise whats ever. Engine seems to run fine car will just not go anywhere.

Sounds like you need a new clutch assembly-its slipping

Thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully that is it and not a tranny. The clutch was replaced 4 years ago. But my brother drove my car was doing burnouts and he slipped the clutch. My guess is he wore down the clutch therefore it cannot engage the trans.
