My blend door "gear" is broken and I wanted to see if anyone could help me on how to reach it. I bought a replacement door but don't know how to actually replace it.

Here is a guide that will help with this as well:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

Below you will find the process from the manual as that will give the detail that you will need to replace this.

Let us know if you need more info and we can go from there. Thanks

Do you mean you want to access the source of the documents I attached rather then just viewing them as I attached them?

If so, unfortunately there is not. This website provides access to AllData for us to assist those that need it. Let us know if there something else you need.

Okay, do you have a diagram of before this step? Like a picture of how to get to this step?

So the knee bolster is the first step. Once you remove that you move on with the rest of the process I attached prior. I am attaching it below again just to try and simplify it.
