Will not start

When I turn key over, there's fast clicking and car won't start. When I turn my key off my gauges are pulsing. What my problem?

This has all the indications of a drained battery.

You need to either charge the battery or replace it.

Then once it starts, check the charging system to be sure the alternator is working.
