My car will not start if I do not run it every day. It needs a jump if it sits more than a day. I bought a battery, something slowly drains the battery. I hear a noise where the light switch is when everything is off, I pull the light knob and it shuts up, I pulled the casing out and behind that looks like some relay in the back. Any clues if the noise can be coming from those relays?

That would be the twilight/DRL module. I don't recall there being anything in them to make noise. To see if that is the problem. make sure the car has run enough that the battery is charged. Remove the connector from the switch and see if it starts the next day. If it does then it could be a bad module or a bad twilight sensor in the middle of the dash that turns the headlights on automatically.
If it still doesn't start then you would need to do a parasitic draw test.
