Automatic transmission will not shift into fifth gear

Recently bought this car and it has started not shifting into fifth gear. Is this a computer module issue or something else?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a shaft speed sensor that has gone out but to be sure you will need to read the codes. Here is a guide that will show you how to get the job done.
