Audio/satnav/CD unit

Bet you never heard this; unit has never worked since we got it, but when we have headlights on the switches, knobs, light up green, but screen blank. Before we go for new system have you any ideas? Please

Hello,

Lets check for power at fuses # 36 and #40 in the trunk fuse panel. Here is a guide to help and the NAV system wring diagrams so you can see how it works:

Good job on the fuse can you tell me if the fuse has power? Here is a guide if so please check the ground in the same manner (switched to power) and if okay the unit is no good and needs to be replaced.
