2000 Civic SE poor acceleration and fuel milage

I have a 2000 civic se, 127000 kms on it. The car has poor acceleration from a dead stop.
Also the fuel milage has dropped alot, from 650 km a tank to around 450 - 475 a tank. Can you help me figure this problem out.

Tune-up is what you have to expect to hear. Wires and plugs to start with. Check that air filter. Check the timing of the engine. If it has been awhile replace the distributor cap and rotor.
