My 1993 F150 5.0 is hard to start will only start if the gas pedal is held to the floor. This is what was done so far, Cap, Rotor, Plug Wires, Spark Plugs, Fuel Injectors, O2 sensor, Back when the check engine light wouldn't go off I replaced the ECM. It has a K&N filter. The only thing I can think of now is the Cat Converter might be stopped up, which might be the reason it won't start at idle. What do you think?

I forgot to add that I replaced it also. Other thing all 8 plugs are sooty looking. I'm thinking about droping the exhaust to see if that helps. And pour in some new gas.

This week I installed new cat with y pipe from manifolds, ignition control module, 8 more spark plugs, timing chain, water pump. All I see that is left is the Intake air temp sensor, the coolant temp sensor, and the distributor. Did I miss anything?
