Air conditioning system

1998 Windstar did not come with ac system. Can this be added and how complicated would it be?

Adding AC is not practical and would cost a lot more than buying a safer vehicle with AC factory-installed. You'll need stiffer front springs, a much bigger radiator, larger generator, different heater box along with all the vent tubes, plumbing, and controls.
