Ok. But what is the CTS and where is it?

CTS is coolant temperature sensor and it is typically screwed in on or near the thermostat housing. Follow the upper radiator hose to the thermostat housing.

Try to stick with your original post. When you start a new one, the previous person might not see your followup questions and it will look like he is ignoring you.
