At the end of last summer the A/C was working fine. It was in use and cooling when I smelled a slight electrical burning smell. The fan continued blowing but no longer cold air. Heat still works fine, no error messages on control unit. I did a little online research as I do before most projects and the most likely causes for this issue were Air conditioner control module 88650-47051. Which I located near the floor in the middle of the dash. I then gave the control module the old smell test to see if it smelled burnt and it did not. I also popped the cover off and visually inspected the circuit board. No visible burn marks on circuit board. So the other option I read online was this A/C amplifier AKA A/C ECU or A/C ECM. If it does not have this part on it that could explain why I cannot locate it? I currently have the entire dash apart. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I believe the unit you replaced is the same as you are looking for. At least they come up as the same part number.
