1994 Acura Integra Unable to Shift into gears

I have a 1994 Acura Integra LS which is unable to shift into gears. The clutch pedal has good pressure and is not loose. I checked the fluid in master cylinder and reserve and both are good. Any ideas?

Hi Ted,

If you are able to shift into gears without starting the engine, it should be the clutch disc that is faulty.

The clutch disc damper/springs has detached resulting in it being stuck between the dics and pressure plate or flywheel and not allowing the disc to be free when clutch pedal is depressed.
