1991 Acura Integra Manual 166xxx miles

i got an idle vavle control from the junk yard to replace mine because my idle was going up and down up and down from 2500 rpms down to 500 rpms. I replaced it with the one from the junk yard and the problem still has not gone away but it goes from about 1500-2000 down to 500 rpms still. A lil better but I want it to idle normally. What do I do?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM ON MY 90 TEG I TOOK THE THROTTLE BODY OFF AND CLEANED IT WITH CHOKE CARB CLEANER WHILE THATS OFF TAKE THE BLACK SENSOR U REPLACED AND SPRAY THAT DOWN TO MAKE SURE ITS DRY BEFOR U INSTALL IT IF THAT DONT WORK TRY REPLACEING THE SENSOR BEHIND THE INTAKE MANIFOLD I BELIVE ITS THE FTIV IT HAS 2 12 MM BOLTS THAT HOLD IT IN
