My vehicle has 89540-35260, can I use 89540-35270?

More than likely you will be able to plug it in and it will not throw any codes. What we do not know is how the operation of the ABS will be different. The reason is the 270 module is expecting 16-inch wheels and the 260 module is without 16-inch wheels.

The reason there is a difference is because if you have different size wheels and tires is you will have different wheel circumferences. This means the wheel speed will be different on these different combinations and it is critical for ABS operation to know what the wheel circumference is.
