Will not start

Have a helper turn the key to the start positing while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have twelve volts. If you do, chances are the starter is bad.

Car starts, when I try to push accept on MMI, nothing happens, screen stays the same. No access to CD etc. What is wrong? I cannot afford the dealer. Please help.

You may need to get the system re flashed, this will have to be done at a dealer as this will be an in house system. There may be a module failure or a touch screen failure but unfortunately these will have to be checked out by a dealer as I doubt that any independent work shop will have the soft ware to do this.
