2009 Suzuki Swift Repair Question

Suzuki Swift Dealer Problem
L am suffering heavy electric poeer steering.. 2 hrs behind the wheel and my shoulders are killing me. Suzuki service ran the computer diagnostic and it came up 100% aok. Of course ai have checked tyre pressure.

it is electric??? is this a hybrid??
if the dealer found nothing, i assume they said it was normal. did you take someone for a ride to show them your concern??
