2008 Ford F-150 Repair Question

I have a 2008 Ford F150,that I have been having problems with the electronic system,Just after starting all lights /hands except battery and gas hands go on and off. I replaced the battery thinking it might fix the problem,but it still happens.
Do you have any idea with the problem could be?

the common denominator is the body control module. you should have it checked to verify and see if there are any codes.
bad grounds would also do this. have all the grounds verified.
