My service RSC light is on in my 2008 ford explorer what may be the problem?

You will have to scan and get the code, we need that first.

Same thing happened to my 2008 Explorer 3 days ago. Took it to a Ford Dealership today they scanned it and did not know what the codes were and had to call Ford. They came saying that the ABS module and the Instrument circuit have to be replaced about $2300. Not sure how right any of this is, it was all caused from putting a new battery on.
