Radiator fan running constantly

My vans cooling fan is constantly running. Is there any specific way to test the relay to see if they are bad. There are two fans that constantly run.

It sounds like the relay is stuck on which is common problem, here is a diagram to show you where there are and how to test them.

My cars cooling fan runs constantly when the ac is on or when I am using defrost. I saw that I should check my realys but how do I do that?

You don't have t check anything. That is the way it is designed to operate. It is required whenever the AC compressor is engaged and it is engaged in defrost mode to remove moisture.

Cooling fans run all the time on this vehicle 10 seconds after startup A/c not on and defrost or heat not on

Here is the description of how the fans should work. If they are not working this way, then you may have a problem with one of the relays.

Your possible causes here could be a shorted wiring, relay sticking, coolant temperature sensor out of calibration and last the computer control circuit of the fan relays-See below cooling fans circuitry
