2006 Chevrolet Uplander Repair Question

Ac not cold enough,compressor engaged cooling fans not turning on,fuses ok,no power to fans,swapped relays still no fan power. what' to check next?

check to see if the relays are good, they are in the underhood fuse box it will be marked where they are
