Does computer need to be reset after throttle body is replaced?

My car hesitates when pulling off from stop light/stop sign. It takes forever to reach 20mph. Engine light never came on. Diagnosis said it needed TPS replaced. Had the TPS/Throttle Body replaced but the car is still hesitating. Car still feels the same when driving. Does the computer need to be reset or could there be another issue?

Did you disconnet the battery at anytime? If so it probably has to go thru a computer relearning process also test the TPS closed and wide open throttle voltages-
