2007 Chrysler 300 car problems

Was in the drive thru car cut off, cranked it back up and battery light, gas light, check engine light, and oil light was on please help

Yes the engine was on I was able to drive home. Checked it today when I got off work and no lights were on.

Have the battery and alternator tested also make sure the battery cables are clean and tight.
