I just changed my alternator and starter but my car will stall out and die and when it stalls out it sends the oil light on I checked oil and thats fine what else could cause this problem.

If you had the battery disconnect to change those parts, the computer lost it's adaptive memory and has to relearn the idle strategy. It should correct itself in a few miles of normal driving.
