Is it the red or reminder light? Red is an oil pressure issue, reminder light has instructions in your owners manual

You need to have all receipts for oil changes within the mileage range. If you miss 1 they decline any warranty.

Do you have extended warranty? Your basic went out at 3 yr 36k

I just buy the car last december and it was no warranty so I endup buyin one that they only covers power train and so far I put 2000 milles since I buy the car. So I dont know what to do?

Most shops honor extended warranty programs. Take it to oe, have them call and the warranty company will direct them to do the work

I would not. If you do more damage they can claim customer abuse and deny any warranty

I would have the pressure tested with a manual gauge first to verify the pressure.
