2006 Buick La Crosse Repair Question

Low beam relay for 2006 Buick Lacrosse
The low beams went out on my 2006 Buick Lacrosse. Fuses are good, but there is no voltage going to them. The manual says there is a circuit breaker in the underhood fuse block, but I don't see anything like that. There is a mini relay for the highbeam, but not low beam. FYI the high beams and parking lights work normally

#35 micro relay is for the high beams, which are working properly

That is not what my database shows. Databases can be wrong, sometimes. Wiring below. Let us know.
