When traveling on the highway at 70 constant speed, then decelerating to 60 and then trying to accelerate, the car stalls out or seems to not know what gear to get in. After about 5 to 10 seconds of hesitation. Start stops of acceleration. It works like normal. I can repeat the process with same results. The car does not hesitate or stall in any other situation.

The engine light was intermittently on and now is constantly on. Acura could not diagnose a problem when it was intermittent. I hesitate to bring it back to them.

Nobody can diagnose a problem if it isn't present when they are testing. This could be any number of things and they have to be able to reproduce the problem.

So, not even a guess at what the problem is? You guys have never heard of the symptom or similar? I can reproduce the problem every time I'm in the car. How about a guess?
