Toyota Rav4 Dent Problem
I accidently turned on my windshield wipers when the driver's side was stuck in ice. Now the wiper seems to be sluggish or at least out of time with the other blade. What did I do? What should be done about it?

Look for a plastic trim cover over the pivot end of the arm. Pop that cover up, push the arm to its proper location, then tighten the nut. Snap the cover back down.
