Annoying squealing sound

I have a Corolla that has a squeal whenever I hit 2000 rpms. It goes away and then there is another slight squeal around 3000 - 3500 rpms. I just replaced the belt and there doesn't seem to be any change. I was told by someone that it may be an exhaust rattle? Is this something that I can fix fairly easily? What else could it be?

It doesn't seem to be coming from the belt, it sounds more like it's from the underside.

Exhaust don't squeals. Squeals are mostly from beltings and if the belting and tensioners are good, check the harmonic damper.
