2005 Toyota Corolla noisy

I have a squealing noise in the engine compartment.
Sounds like the belt but it looks ok. Any info would be appreciated.

Usually it turns out to be the serp belt and tensioner, but remove the belt, spin all pulleys, except the crank, they should spin free and have no roughness or binding! The tensioner, over time losses it's ability to keep the belt tight!
