I have a misfire after tune up

I changed my spark pluges after it was done it was fine. Then I was sitting at a light and my engine light came on. So we had it scaned and found it has a misfire do not know which one is misfiring can you help.

What trouble code was found, P0300 or something other?

PO301, PO302. Indicate what cylinder is missing.

That would be cylinder 2. Remove the spark plug and check to see how it is burning (what it looks like) and let me know.

Would using NGK spark plugs cause it to misfire should I use ac delco

No, that shouldn't cause the issue. They are good plugs. However, anything is possible.
