Complication with my Jeep

I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, a couple weeks ago when I was driving in town, the motor just died, I restarted it and it has done it several more times since then, 3 on friday night. When it first started it was at any time now it's when I turn the ac on, also my transmission light keeps coming on and my ABS light with it and it feels like my transmission is slipping and that my back brakes are grabbing. Could you give me a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to fix something like this and just what might be wrong with

What you need to do first is go get a diagnostic scan done, this will show up any system faults that can trigger these problems, there are just to many variables to be guessing, and that can lead to a miss diagnosis, get the scan and report any codes here for further assistance.
