Hyundai Tiburon Brake hose Problem
My rear passenger side caliper is locking up creating a very high pitched grinding sound while driving. Talked to my mechanic today and he said I should change the rear rotors, rear calipers, and rear brake hoses all together. Should I follow this advice or do I not need new rotors/hoses?

This may be true, how ever I would get a second opinion.

The caliper is at risk, I am not sure why the replacement of the lines and rotors is suggested, maybe there is something that I cannot see from here. A second opinion is great advice and I concur with my associate.
