The car idles rough or stalls. Sometimes runs well. The code then showed a bad o2 sensor on bank 2. I had it replaced but the check engine light still came on with the same code. Then I replaced the fuel filter and idle air control. I just read the codes again. Here are the new codes The old one cleared itself. Now it says code PO511 Idle air control circuit. And P1633 keeps the power voltage alive too low. Please give me an explanation for what this means. Does it mean that the replaced idle air control is bad, and that the battery is low?

Hello,

The codes:
P0511 - Idle Air Control (IAC) Circuit Malfunction
P1633 - Keep Alive Power Voltage Too Low

The P0511 can be triggered due to a faulty wiring, short in the circuit. It can also be due to a PCM issue.
The P1633 is another issue that could be caused by wiring issues.

To figure out the cause you will have to take a deep dive and look through all the possibilities.

I have attached the trouble shooting guide for both of those codes below.
Follow these steps as it can help you determine the issue.

You will need to use a multimeter to complete these steps.
