It wont send heat to the floor

It wont send heat to the floor when the dial is turned to floor the heat blows in the dash it sounds

Hello,

This sounds like a blend door actuator for the mode control is not working this guide will give you an idea of what you are in for when doing eh job as well as diagrams below to show you what is it like on your car.
