Chevrolet Tahoe Battery Problem
High battery voltage. Rear hatch brake light not working nor does rear hatch windshield wipers. Every once in a while vehicle want start until I switch around relay fuses and try it again radio's red indicator light not on when radio's playing.

How high is the battery voltage?

It moves back and forth from 19v to the battery icon symbol.

Have the alt checked on a machine to confirm that is correct. That could be causing the problems for you. That is too much power and will cause electrical problems or even a fire.
