2005 Buick Terraza Repair Question

It will sometimes start and sometimes not
We have replaced the battery and connectors. It is getting power to the windows, A/C and headlights but not to the interior lights, doors or anything on the dash... when it does not get the full power it will not start. This isnt constant, it is sometimes it will start other times it will not for hours.

this could be a few things. first see if ignition switch puts power out all the time when you crank. check fusible links near starter and underhood fuse box. check fuse 8 on inside fuse panel. and it also could be a starter relay in underhood box.
