2005 Bmw X5 Having Cold Start Vibration Issues Below 40 Degrees Service Engine

Having cold start vibration issues when its below 40 degrees. Service engine soon light comes on briefly during cold start. Do i need to worry about this?

I have one of those right now in my shop, it will require replacement of the cyclone separator and all the related plumbing, fresh plugs and a replacement valve cover and gasket.
