2004 Toyota Avalon Repair Question

Toyota Avalon Panel Problem

I've been told that problem w my AC is problem w blend door activator. Is this a repair a person w good tools and experience can do on their own?

1.Drive side: REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a.Remove the lower No.1 panel.
b.Remove the lower LH panel insert.
c.Disconnect the connector.
d.Remove the 3 screws and the servomotor.
2.INSPECT AIR MIX DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT
3.INSPECT AIR MIX CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT

4.Passenger side: REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a.Remove the blower unit.
b.Disconnect the connector.
c.Remove the 3 screws and the servomotor.
5.INSPECT AIR MIX DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT
6.INSPECT AIR MIX CONTROL SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT
7.Driver side: INSTALL AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a.Install the servomotor with the 3 screws.
b.Connect the connector.
c.Install the lower LH panel insert.
d.Install the lower No.1 panel.
8.Passenger side: INSTALL AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a.Install the servomotor with the 3 screws.
b.Connect the connector.
c.Install the blower unit.

dont know your abilities but here is the procedure for both sides
