Cyclical hum right front wheel. heard at 20-25 MPH

have your wheel bearings checked it might be failing.

WHEEL BEARINGS RELACED ON BOTH FRONT WHEELS

then check your axles for torn boots or worn u'joints. it cold be coming fromrear as well
